Eligible Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Item's must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you believe your item is damaged or defective, you must notify us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate you. Handmade items will vary, and slight differences are not considered defects but rather a tribute to the authenticity of the item. Sale items are final sale.
To return or exchange your product, please email Hello@clydeoak.com with your name, order #, and reason for return. If an exchange is needed, please note the item you are returning and what you would like to exchange it for. We will then send you instructions on how to return. Return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Sale items are final sale.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
